Each RV is priced at $40,000 and is situated in the operational backyard of a short-term rental.

 

With a projected monthly income of $1,500 to $3,000, the RV owner has the opportunity to levy a 30% fee on the turnover amount, equating to $500 - $900/per month.

 

RV owner receives extra 11.3%-22.6% stable income monthly, and RV maintaining cost is covered.

For Rental Hosts

Qualified and Contracted STRO is provided with a leased-back RV for FREE.

 

With a projected monthly income of $1,500 to $3,000, the host has the opportunity to levy a 50% fee on the turnover amount, equating to $750 - $1,500 per month.
